Shipping policy

The countries we currently support delivery to are as follows: United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates)

 

Shipping Method:

General Size (Package ≤ 50cm*40cm*30cm)

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Standard shipping usually uses USPS or FedEx logistics; expedited shipping uses UPS or DHL logistics. You will receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing the order.

i: Standard Shipping: Total delivery time is 5-9 business days, including 1 business day for order processing and 4-8 business days for shipping. Free shipping for orders over $25, $5.99 for orders under $25.

ii: Expedited Shipping: Total delivery time is 4-6 business days, including 1 business day for order processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. Expedited shipping costs $5.99 for orders over $25, $8.99 for orders under $25.

We only offer standard shipping, USPS or FedEx accepted.
Total delivery time is 11-16 business days, including 1 business day for order processing and 10-15 business days for shipping. Shipping cost is $35.99.

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 24 business hours. There are unique circumstances that might delay shipping or extend transit times. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them easily. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays, but you can contact us at any time by email to service@moxule.com.

 

About International Shipping

We do not currently support shipping to regions and countries outside of the United States

 

About Package Signing Up

Shipments are sent signed delivery receipt. Make sure your delivery address is correct and someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If the address is incorrect or no one signs for the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will re-ship it. However, it will take longer for you to receive the goods. So please be sure to write your delivery address and information correctly.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage to the box or product you should immediately make a note of it on the bill of lading when signing for the delivery and retain a copy of it for your records. If your item(s) arrive damaged or with any issues, please get in touch with us within 24 hrs via email with pictures and video documentation of any damage or problems. We will initiate the return process for you (please refer to refund policy)


About Order Cancellation


There are two situations: shipped / not shipped

  • i: Unshipped orders, please contact our customer service (service@moxule.com) within 24 hours after payment. Our customer service will immediately help you cancel the order and refund the full amount. The refund will be returned to your account after the bank processes it, which takes about 1-3 days.
  • ii: Shipped (in-transit) orders - We cannot cancel orders in transit. Currently, customers can only follow the return process after receiving the product(s). (Check the process in the return policy >> return policy)


About Fees/Taxes

Any other costs incurred during the transportation of the product, such as handling fees, customs clearance fees, package loss, taxes (U.S. Sales tax is also included), etc., will be borne by Moxule. If it is a value-added service requested by the customer (such as: change address, change outer packaging, face-to-face signing up, etc.), the fees will be borne by the customer. We will send a value-added fee invoice to the customer's email address after that.

 

About Order Delays Caused By Force Majeure

Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays and bad weather occasionally cause delivery delays. During peak periods or customs inspections, delivery time may be extended. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, please understand that we are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to coordinate with our logistics company and compensate your order/amount as much as possible.
